• What is Skullyz Apparel all about?

Skullyz Apparel is a clothing brand that raises awareness for mental health through bold, expressive designs. Each piece features our signature Skullyz characters, representing real emotions and inner struggles, because you never know what someone is battling behind their smile.

• Why skulls?

Our Skullyz characters are a reminder that we all share a common humanity beneath the surface. The expressive skulls symbolize the raw emotions we often hide, like anxiety, grief, and depression but also resilience, strength, and hope.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

• How do I choose the right size?

Our items are unisex fit. You’ll find a size guide on each product page. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

• Are your designs printed or vinyl?

Our apparel uses premium DTF transfers for bold, long-lasting prints, handcrafted in-house. We’re also use high quality vinyl to enhance some of our designs.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

• How long will my order take to arrive?

All our items are made to order. Please allow 10 working days for processing before dispatch. Delivery times vary by location, allow up to 3-5 working days for UK deliveries, for elsewhere we will email to confirm an expected delivery date. Please note we are a new company and this is the reason for longer processing time but we just want to make sure we iron out any kinks (pun definitely intended) found along the start of this exiting journey. 

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Shipping rates will vary accordingly. Buyer is responsible to pay for any extra import charges and taxes. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! If your item doesn’t fit or you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Custom or charity add-ons may not be eligible for return.

• What if there’s a problem with my order?

If something isn’t right, email us at contact@skullyzapparel.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.

• Why mental health awareness?

We’ve lived it. Skullyz was created to speak up for those who feel unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed. Every design is inspired by real emotions and experiences, yours and ours. You can read the founder's Shaun's Story in our About Us section. 

• Do you support any charities?

Yes! We donate 10% of our profits to mental health charities. Check our updates and social media for the latest information. 

• Is this brand just clothing?

Skullyz is a message. It’s about wearing your truth and helping others feel less alone. Every time you wear Skullyz, you’re helping normalize the conversation around mental health.
